Dan Dargan is better known for his daily cold water dips and motivational speeches. But what many don't know is Daniel was admitted to hospital when he was 21, after attempting to take his own life. Today he says he wants to raise awareness for mental wellbeing, and to let others know that it's ok not to feel ok.

Michaela is an Irish Make Up Artist, sister of the famous Louise Mc Donnell aka LMD. Michaela moved from County Derry to follow her dreams in the life Down Under. In order for Michaela to continue living in Australia for a second year on a working holiday visa, she must complete 88 days regional work in the outbacks. I will be joining her on her 12th and final week of farm here where she discusses the day to day life, friendships, keeping a relationship while doing farmwork and all the "Love Island drama" that comes with working on a farm with hundreds of people from overseas.
