It creates and manages a diverse portfolio across workspace, residential, education, retail, hospitality, leisure and public realm with schemes ranging from 270,000 sq ft to 8 million sq ft.

Morwenna joined the former Argent business in 2011 and in addition to her corporate leadership role, Morwenna led the design and delivery of several major projects at King's Cross, including Coal Drops Yard, the Fish & Coal Building and Gasholder Park. At Brent Cross Town, Morwenna is responsible for the ground plane experience, retail, leisure and public realm.

She is a chartered mechanical engineer and started her career at Arup as a mechanical building services engineer.

Nigel set Fusion Residential up in 2006 with business partner Warren Rosenberg, where they sourced land and build remarkable homes. In 2012 they formed Fusion Students where you guess it they focus on developing and managing UK student accommodation in the UK.
