Milky is a syndicated radio host heard on numerous stations across North America. Zoë is a very quick-witted radio veteran now working in real estate.
On ZM, Milky brings a curated list of his best information from his daily shows, while Zoë offers a fresh interpretation of them, inevitably, with a twisted take that will have you howling!

Just how hot IS that show?!?! And, OMG we can't wait to see the new Canada Shore Show which is shot in Kelowna BC! ... Don’t Lose Yourself [Be a Rockstar]
· It’s easy to get so caught up in our day to day life that we lose ourselves, even adapt or change to accommodate others. While compromise is sometimes necessary building connections with others doesn’t mean that you have to give up who you authentically are. Know who you are and be proud of it.
· Respect your boundaries by not accommodating others at the expense of your needs, desires, happiness, mental health and values. Know and be confident in who you are and believe that you are worthy of a great life. Never approach life from a place of lack, make sure your cup in full on your own.
