Season 2, Episode 9 closes out a brutal season where friends drifted apart, lives and sanity were lost, and absolutely zero soccer was played.

Back in the 90s, Lottie finds the crown too heavy of a burden and gives up deity life, transferring her disciples to Natalie. Travis is manipulated into coming to terms with Javi's death, and Shauna wonder when it'll be her turn at the top of the pyramid.

In present day, Lottie, Van, Taissa, Shauna, Misty, and Natalie navigate complicated mental health issues in the wilderness, while Jeff helps Walter wrap up the murder of Adam Martin in a nice, gift-wrapped package. And is Callie picking up the torch of darkness? We also lose our Yellowjackets Team MVP, and it hurts real bad.

Yellowjackets Season 3 will return maybe possibly sometime in 2024? Eek! Paramount and Showtime: Pay your writers better and end this WGA Strike!

Yellowjackets' Kevin Alves joins us for a post-season interview to discuss his portrayal of Travis Martinez and the events of Yellowjackets' first season. Yellowjackets' season finale -- 1x10 "Sic Transit Gloria Mundi" -- was a game changer, and in this installment of the Yellowjackets Buzz podcast, we speak with its director, Eduardo Sánchez.

Of course, Eduardo Sánchez is no stranger to 90s horror, having co-created, co-wrote, and co-directed 1999's The Blair Witch Project, and he's gone on to direct many more movies, as well as television series like American Horror Story, Supernatural, and Queen of the South.
