Dr. Jim Sprinkle, Extension Beef Specialist with the University of Idaho is my guest as we talk about their latest research that looks at the grazing behavior of cow/calf pairs on rugged rangeland pastures. What can we glean from that data? But keep in mind, we have been an industry has been chasing weight and high production cattle in previous years, which research is show... are not the most efficient cattle.
