Dr. Katie Lee is a dentist, speaker, and coach who lives in Colorado. Dr. Lee graduated from University of Illinois at Chicago in 2010 and was an owner-partner in over 80 DSO supported dental practices throughout the US and served as Clinical Partner overseeing 5 states. Currently, she consults for health technology companies and provides implant education for general dentists. Her passion about the oral systemic health link comes from personal experience, and is detailed in her book Saved By the Mouth. Dr. Lee has won Top 40 under 40 Dentists in America, and International Woman of the Year in Dentistry, and is a sought-after expert in the media.

Dr. Lovedeep Randhawa, a 2004 graduate of the Faculty of Dentistry at UBC, is an Align KOL and Speaker, Platinum Invisalign® provider, and Provincial Leader for Women in Digital Dentistry. An early adopter of digital dentistry, Dr. Randhawa has built a highly successful and fulfilling practice. Passionate about sharing her journey and insights with fellow dentists, she has spent the last four years lecturing across North America, including presenting at the last two Invisalign GP Summits. She has an article and a whitepaper on Align Oral Health Suite, and her Invisalign cases were published in the 2021 publication of Invisalign Gallery.  

Dr. Randhawa has been nominated for the RBC Canadian Women Entrepreneur Awards, presented by Women of Influence, and is actively involved in various philanthropic initiatives. She enjoys traveling, learning, and spending quality time with her family. With over two decades of experience in the dental industry, Dr. Aditi Agarwal has built a distinguished career blending clinical expertise with business innovation.

In 2003, Dr. Agarwal graduated with a Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from Boston University, where she also met her husband and business partner. Together, they navigated the complexities of dental practice ownership and business management, leading to the creation of Practice By Numbers—an all-in-one platform designed to help healthcare professionals understand, measure, and optimize the business side of their practice.

Dr. Agarwal moved to Seattle in 2003 and spent nearly seven years as an associate in a large group practice before opening her first start-up practice in 2010.
