mardi 24 septembre 2024Duration 01:56:29

Meghan (@meghanganong) is back for Part 2!! We delve into the concept of conscious mothering, the significance of the mother-baby dyad, and how modern parenting often overlooks the needs of children. The conversation highlights the simplicity and fulfillment that can come from a mindful parenting approach and the importance of respecting children. Parents often disrespect children by asking questions to children that they do not want the answer to.... then disregarding and disrespecting a child's answer to the question the parent asked! We discuss the organic process of learning, the significance of presence and observation in parenting, and the emotional conflicts that can affect health. The conversation also delves into the principles of German New Medicine, emphasizing the connection between the mind and body, and how awareness can lead to a more peaceful life.

German New Medicine | Seasonal Allergies, Itchy Arms & More

Season 3 · Episode 153

lundi 8 juillet 2024Duration 01:05:26

I have been studying German New Medicine for over two years and it has changed my life and gave me TRUE FREEDOM!!! I now trust my body and every healing symptom that arises! I no longer need to be in fear about germs, infections, gluten, food, EMF's, etc!! In this episode I discuss my real life body symptoms with the laws of GNM applied: itchy arms, seasonal allergies, stiff knees, stiff neck, my husband's double ear infection and his breast cyst. I still have so much to learn, yet I feel its important to bring this information to the people who are ready.... GNM requires a shift in consciousness and the commitment to drop victimhood of the body.

German New Medicine (founded by Dr Hamer) is the most brilliant science of the human body: when the brain experiences emotional shocks, the entire body responds to the emotional shock, but the specific emotion correlates to a very specific organ/tissues. Therefore, when there is resolution of the emotional shock, usually that is when body symptoms like headaches, rashes, cancer, stiff neck, etc occur..... it is the body in the healing, repair phase. The body is always doing the most intelligent choice even if we don't like it, or it hurts, or its uncomfortable.

Lessons from Miscarriage and a ’Sensitive Child’ | Taylor’s Motherhood Journey

Season 2 · Episode 57

mercredi 17 mai 2023Duration 01:12:18

Taylor, a mother of three, discusses her journey as a young, naive mother, to an embodied, mature mother who fully trusts herself. As a professional athlete's wife, she explains how hard her first postpartum was while her husband's career was taking off, then struggling with eczema with her middle 'sensitive child' and feeling deeply victim to the eczema. But then her life changed dramatically after experiencing a twin miscarriage... It broke her open and changed her mothering journey. She learned that her sensitive child is her biggest gift and she is not a victim. And, after two c-sections, she learned how to speak up for herself and have the VBAC she yearned for.

Trusting My Baby | Sue Ellen’s Freebirth at 43 Weeks

Season 2 · Episode 55

mardi 16 mai 2023Duration 01:32:43

The *first ever* Wise Women Diaries interview is with, Sue Ellen, a first time mom. She details the journey of having no medical prenatal care throughout her 'wild pregnancy' and how she was able to relax into Trust within her own body, without receiving tests or ultrasounds to externally validate any fears that surfaced. She explains some of the anxieties that presented when she reached 43 weeks in pregnancy, but ultimately how it stretched and deepened her Trust for her baby and God to surrender and have a blissful, primal freebirth.

My Insights from a Persistent Body Symptom

Season 1 · Episode 54

jeudi 6 avril 2023Duration 37:07

My body is leading me to true Trust of my body, something Western Medicine AND Holistic Medicine does not embody or teach. Our body doesn't start healing when we start taking a pill or supplement or see a chiropractor. It's always healing, but it doesn't always heal in a way that is pleasing to our mind!

The Voice of the Short-Term Self vs Long-Term Self Within Us

Season 1 · Episode 53

vendredi 24 mars 2023Duration 25:34

We have two selves within us: the short term self (ego) AND the long term self (soul). The short term self always wants us to do the fast, easy, lazy, instant gratification choice! We never FEEL like working out, or eating healthy, or forgiving someone. It takes wisdom to know whether what we FEEL is our short term self or our long term self.

What if a Miracle is Just a Shift of Perspective?

Season 1 · Episode 52

lundi 20 mars 2023Duration 23:58

Do we try to control God with our prayers- praying for specific outcomes, specific miracles? What if our view of miracles is so extremely limited? What if a miracle is a change of perspective? What if a miracle is a change from anger to peace? What if "bad" events like infertility IS the miracle that can allow someone to fully become an ally with their body and learn to fully trust it?

Wanting, Desiring, & Longing of the Mind

Season 1 · Episode 51

mercredi 2 novembre 2022Duration 34:37

Everything we want or desire is because of a perceived lack in our mind because we want a specific FEELING. We are always seeking and searching to get rid of feelings or to gain certain feelings. That's what rules our life!

The Victim Triangle of Illness

Season 1 · Episode 50

mercredi 28 septembre 2022Duration 32:29

Most of us live with a victim mentality towards our BODY: cancer, viruses, candida, or toxic food "attack" our body, making us the victim. Then we need a savior, a rescuer: a healer, doctor, supplements, or pills. Are you ready to break free from this cycle?!
