With the "Book Now" feature, he got 350 clicks and reached 8000 people for $25.00. With a video, he got 1000 play-throughs for $20.00 -YouTube ads. He got 1000 click-throughs to the website where you can buy tickets for $1.10 a click, and that's cheap -Yelp – 185 page views, 38 leads, 14,000 local area impressions, and 102 click-throughs to the website where you can buy tickets. Today on Video Marketing Madness: Setting Up a YouTube Channel 2020 -The YouTube channel art and icon are essential. If you don’t have them, you won’t get all the tools and be able to verify your channel. Canva is a free tool for doing channel art. -Make sure you enable the channel within the YouTube account. -Add sections on the home page. Typically they are playlists you have created. Include citations in the playlists. -Fill out the “About” section and include a citation. Add an email address and links: website, Facebook, GMB, LinkedIn, appointment link, etc. -Come up with a channel name that describes what you do -Phone verify the channel -In the creator studio, go to “Settings” and enable everything like custom thumbnails, YouTube Live, and the branding watermark. So, you need to declare whether or not your video content is intended for kids. There are three ways to do that: 1) At the channel level in advanced settings. 2) At the video level in the creator studio. It can be by video. 3) When uploading a video. Updated info: -If you don’t declare, it’s possible YouTube could suspend your channel. -Attorney Ian Corzine has weighed in and he says the law is very vague. So, for instance, if you say your video is for 15 years olds, and a 13-year-old watches, you could be fined.
