Challenges and Life Lessons from Every Year of My Thirties13 Feb 202500:45:09

Before I reached my thirties I had a (very untrue) perception that life in my thirties would get easier, I would be more of an ‘adult’ and life would seamlessly flow along. I was in for a shock when I realized quite quickly that adulting isn’t really a feeling (not one that was going to come in my thirties) and that this decade was full of huge changes, decisions and challenges.

In this vulnerable and honest solo episode I am reflecting on each year of my thirties and I have picked one big challenge I went through and the subsequent lesson I learned and took with me on my thirties journey. The stories I am sharing range from discussing career uncertainties, relationship struggles, feelings of being left behind, and welcoming in new chapters and identity shifts.

I invite you to join the waitlist for my brand new membership program TURNING. A community space designed for women in their thirties to support each other. Doors are re-opening in March-sign up here to get first access (there will be limited spots!).

GIRL TALK: What To Do If You Are Exhausted From Dating Ft Caitlin Smith (Re-run)08 May 202401:05:24
Let’s be real, dating can be tough and the online dating space today can cause many people to decide to throw the towel in altogether and to focus on other areas of life. But what does that mean for those who still want to meet somebody? Keep living your life and hope for the best? On this week’s podcast episode I have invited back Caitlin Smith, better known as The Compatibility Coach, for an honest girl talk all about dating in your thirties. In this episode we dive into topics surrounding the realities of dating, and why so many of us experience dating burnout and feel that we are ‘interviewing’ for jobs roles. Caitlin shares her experience of never experiencing a relationship until her late twenties, and I share my story of being on and off single and what it was like re-entering the dating world again at age 33. We also discuss why the key to getting your sparkle back may be to take a step back and delete the apps, how our mindsets are key in transforming our dating lives, the part luck plays in meeting someone, how to not get obsessed with dating, the key differences between men and women in the dating world and how to be the one that is picking instead of waiting to be picked. If you ever feel exhausted from dating- or tend to avoid it altogether, this episode is for you!   **This episode was originally aired in 2023 and is a reply whilst Emma is on maternity leave. How to Embrace Aging and Self-Love in Your Thirties and Beyond Ft. Dr Amanda Hanson03 Apr 202400:50:10
Dr Amanda Hanson worked for years as a clinical psychologist until pivoting to become a speaker, life coach and thought leader for women. Her brand Revolutionizing Midlife is about redefining and reclaiming what it means to be a woman and how we can refuse to subscribe to the aging ideals that dictate how women should be covering wrinkles with botox, dyeing their hair to cover up the greys, and to become less sexy and less outspoken as they mature. In this episode we delve into why women have been taught and signaled to think of aging as something negative and how we can start to shift this paradigm to revolutionise the way that we grow older. We discuss the difference between ‘Baby Princess’ and ‘Queen Energy’ and how to shift your energy and go out into the world each day feeling powerful and sexy (no matter your age). If you are ready to feel inspired about being in your thirties and growing older- this episode is for you!  **This episode was originally aired in 2022 and is a reply whilst Emma is on maternity leave. How to Fully Accept the Path You Are On in your Thirties and Grieve the Path not Taken06 Feb 202400:32:56
A one-off preview of a module from my brand new course Next Chapter in Love. Within the course, there are 27 self-study modules to help you transform your current love life, and this episode offers you an exclusive preview to one of the topics in the course.  After working with hundreds of women in their thirties, a pattern I often see is how many people feel frustrated or disappointed about how their thirties were not as they expected them to be.  When we hold on to a perception of how our lives ‘should look’, it affects how we accept where we are right now- and when it comes to our love life, this can often show up in how we date and approach our relationships.  In this solo episode I share my thoughts on how to accept the path that you are on, whilst also giving space to grieve the path never taken. This way, you can learn how to take healthy and conscious action steps to build your next chapter and break free from the past. Carrying on the conversation all around friendships in your thirties, I am giving you free exclusive access to one of the key modules of my Friendships Audio Course: How to Make New Friends. Whilst many people think that making friends in your thirties is more challenging than our younger years, I’m here to remind you that not only is it possible, but it is one of the most rewarding things you can focus your energy on at this age. In an ideal world, aligned friends that share similar values and lifestyles to us would organically appear on our doorsteps, however the reality of it is that we have to go out and consciously and intentionally make these friendships. And when we do, the connections that we create are fulfilling and uplifting. I have created a clear six stage process for how to make new friends, tried and tested over the past two years where this has been one of my key goals. This episode is for you if you have been feeling the urge to make new friends, struggle with loneliness and feel that your current friendships aren’t satisfying you, want to know where and how to make new friends To access the remaining 7 modules of the Friendship Audio Course, register here: turning-30-coaching.teachable.com/p/friendships-in-your-30-s-mini-course 8 Audio modules packed full of coaching and content about how to have better friendships. Turning 30 and Age Anxiety, Fear of Growing up and How to Overcome it to Enjoy Your Thirties14 Nov 202300:39:06
Today we’re covering something that is central to my mission as a life coach focusing on helping individuals feel better about their age: – age anxiety. This is a topic that so many of us experience as we transition from our twenties into our thirties and we experience the reality of ‘growing older, entering a new phase of life and really facing the societal pressures of becoming an adult and everything that comes along with that.    For some of us this feeling is sudden and happens at the turn of a big birthday or as our birthday approaches, yet for many of us this is a background anxiety that gets heightened.    In this solo episode I am sharing my thoughts on the reason we experience anxiety at this age, how I personally experienced aging anxiety over the years, and how we can cope with this and take control of our anxiety and even use it to our advantage to make the most of our thirties.    Topics that I cover include the ‘instruction manual’ we hold ourselves accountable to in our thirties, the existential fears that can crop up as we age and see our parents growing older and experiencing loss, the part that society and popular culture plays in convincing women of their impending value drop due to growing older and more.  Don’t forget to subscribe to my new YouTube channel to receive exclusive videos including monthly YouTube Q&As that won’t be available on the podcast. Turning 30 and How to Have Less Painful Periods Ft Dinara Mukh07 Nov 202300:49:49
Three years of the turning 30 podcast which is listened to by a predominantly female audience, and only now are we talking about periods- so the question is, why are we so shy to speak about it? Why is this a topic that is so crucial to our everyday lives, but we so often neglect educating ourselves around it.    In this episode, period and hormone expert Dinara Mukh joins me to talk about why this topic is so taboo, and also so important.   Dinara is a period and hormone expert, who discusses the importance of understanding and managing our menstrual cycle and hormonal balance in a holistic manner. We talk about how hormonal fluctuations through the menstrual cycle can impact a woman's moods and energy levels, and how understanding this can allow women to plan their schedules more effectively.    Most importantly, we dive into why your periods do not need to be painful and to affect your life, and Dinara shares with us how you can minimize your period pain and take control of your cycle.    We also cover misconceptions about menstrual pain, the contraceptive pill, the impact of our diet and lifestyle on our cycles, and a general step-by-step explanation of the menstrual cycle.    Don’t forget to subscribe to my new YouTube channel to receive exclusive videos including monthly YouTube Q&As that won’t be available on the podcast. Turning 30 and Getting a Divorce Ft. Jigna Patel31 Oct 202300:45:50
Our life path is often set out for us before we even decide what we truly want for ourselves. And a lot of the time, that looks like finding the right person, settling down, and getting married. But what happens when you think you have gone down the right path, only to realize in your twenties that it’s actually not the right path for you.  I'm so excited to kick off our first guest episode of the new season with a guest who really embodies what it means to take hold of your thirties when things don’t go as planned. Jigna Patel had a life in her twenties, especially her early twenties, that was what she thought she wanted and was expected of her. At the age of 27 Jigna made a big life decision to separate from her then husband, and set off on a new and unexpected path. Now in her mid thirties she is the embodiment of the Turning 30 mission: living her own path regardless of the timelines. and speaking out on her platform all about what it's like to go through a divorce in your twenties and be single in your thirties.  A few years ago when she realized that taboo topics such as divorce and breaking up earlier in life weren't really spoken about on the internet, she made a series of videos and decided to start sharing on her platform. This podcast episode is full of such pearls of wisdom about going through a breakup and what you can do to get to the other side and to live a life in your thirties that you absolutely love and deserve.  Don’t forget to subscribe to my new YouTube channel to receive exclusive videos including monthly YouTube Q&As that won’t be available on the podcast. Turning 30 and the Beauty of a Fresh Start24 Oct 202300:40:01
I LOVE the concept that on any given day we can choose to have a fresh start. I also love the idea that our big birthdays (thirty and beyond) can be a signpost for us to create a new future and turn a new page, and this is exactly what this episode is all about: the beauty of a fresh start.   In the first solo episode of the brand new season of the podcast, I am diving deep into the theme of fresh starts: why we need them, how to know when a fresh start is just around the corner, and how to navigate building your next chapter in your thirties.    Often we are forced into a fresh start for unexpected reasons, a break-up, being fired, health reasons, but there are also many times when we are being called to start again but we just ignore the signs.    In this episode I talk about the three types of fresh starts that can redefine your 30s and empower you to create the life you desire.   I also dive into what resistance we may encounter, how the fear of change can hold us back, and address the common obstacles that might prevent you from taking that leap towards a fresh start and provide insights on how to overcome them.   We also delve into the distinction between your core values and the expectations society places on you, helping you gain clarity on what truly matters to you.   If you're seeking a fresh start that aligns with who you are, join us for this episode of the Turning 30 Podcast. It's time to honor yourself, embrace change, and embark on a new journey that celebrates your unique path in your 30s !   I am also excited to announce updates about the Turning 30 Podcast, including a brand new YouTube channel, that I would love for you to subscribe to to receive exclusive videos including monthly YouTube Q&As that won’t be available on the podcast. Turning 30 and the Truth About Starting a Relationship in your Thirties Ft Louise Rumball from OpenHouse Podcast21 Jun 202300:55:49
There’s loads of information in the personal development world about being single and dating, or how to have a healthy relationship. But no one is talking about what it’s really like to start a new relationship in your thirties. Is meeting someone in your thirties a positive or negative thing? Is it the same as meeting someone in your teens or twenties, or does it feel different? Do people having more baggage and more exes effect how the relationship works? Is having a biological clock and undeniable time pressures an issue in starting a new relationship at this age? What effect does it have on your friendships and the other areas of your life? These are all the topics that I am discussing in this week’s podcast interview with returning guest Louise Rumball, host of the Open House podcast. Both Louise and I have started new relationships recently after periods of being single and going through big past break-ups and in this episode we sit down to share candidly about our stories starting new relationships in our thirties. This one is loaded with real-talk, vulnerable shares and expressing opinions and speaking out loud on a topic that you probably don’t usually hear in the online space. Turning 30 and Owning Your Timelines Ft Laura Behnke02 Jun 202300:59:16
This week's podcast episode is a replay of one of the most popular Turning 30 episodes from 2022. +++++++ When we are growing up, many of us are told that we are capable of achieving anything in life that we want. A good career? You go and get it! Move to a new city? Go for it! A great social life? All yours. A committed, long-term relationship? Of course it will happen for you! But what happens when you get to 35 and you haven’t ticked off everything on the list? What happens when a relationship not only hasn’t happened up until now, but seems like it never will? That is the story of this week’s podcast guest, Laura Behnke. Living in the city of her dreams (New York) and in a high achieving career (as a successful tv anchor) her life was panning out as she had wanted, apart from the fact that at the age of 35 she had never been in a long-term relationship. She spent her early thirties focused on her romantic life and believed that because she hadn’t yet met someone, that there was something wrong with her.   SPOILER ALERT: There was absolutely nothing wrong with her! Shortly after making some big mindset shifts following her 35th birthday, she met her husband.   In this episode Laura shares with us her story, of how she went from panicking and not enjoying her thirties, to feeling calm and accepting of her timelines, and eventually meeting her partner and having a child in her 40s.   If you are looking for some inspiration and expansion- Laura’s story and this is the episode for you!   Laura: IG: @laurabbehnke   Emma: IG: @turning30coach 1:1 coaching spots open for June: www.turning30coach.com/coaching The Align Retreat details: www.turning30coach.com/retreat

As well as sharing her own personal journey from spending all of her earnings to saving her first $100k, we discuss the reasons that many of us avoid this topic, the benefits of learning to control our money, why buying property and having a mortgage isn’t always the best option for creating wealth, and how to get started with saving if you are living paycheck to paycheck. To celebrate the 80th episode of the Turning 30 Podcast I have recorded a special episode sharing some of the findings and interesting things I have learnt from my thousands of hours spent in coaching session with thirty-something women. Day in, day out, we talk about all of the topics that are relevant to our age group. I get the privilege of seeing the inner workings of people’s minds and understanding how the affects their actions. I hear stories unfolding and get to be a witness to the process that my clients go through when dealing with big life changes, from career shifts, to break-ups and dating adventures, friendships and more. Almost two years ago I released an episode sharing what I have learnt from 500 hours of coaching sessions, and since then I have logged many more than that. To celebrate this milestone of 80 podcast episodes and the fact the doors are open to my Next Chapter program, I thought it was a good idea to add some near interesting insights and share them on the Podcast.   I think it’s safe to say I’m an expert in all things Turning 30! I have learnt SO much from my clients about turning 30 and growing up and in this special episode I share the findings of my social experiment of 1000 hours plus of conversations with all of you, so you can also get a true insight into turning 30 and most importantly, realizing that you are not alone. This episode is dedicated to my amazing clients. The Next Chapter group still has spots left!! It is an immersive group of women (it will likely be less than 10 of us) coming together weekly to learn coaching methods/tools that will help you to reach whatever goal/thing you are currently stuck on. This can be in relation to any area in your life- from careers/relationships/friendships/lifestyle. Register here: www.turning30coach.com/thenextchapter2023 Instagram: @turning30coach

Listen To This If...You Have Become Cynical About Love24 Oct 202400:14:20
The doors to the Live round of Next Chapter in Love November are NOW OPEN. If you are ready to call in healthy love, register here: In this first episode of the new ‘Listen to This If...’ pep-talk series, I’m diving into a topic that has been discussed so much in my community in the past few weeks: feeling cynical about finding love. If you’ve ever felt jaded by repeated heartbreaks, let down by relationships, or started to doubt whether real love is even possible, this episode is for you. I’ll talk about why cynicism often acts as a defense mechanism, how it can block us from the love we deserve, and what happens when we drop those walls. I also share a personal story from my own dating journey that was a true turning point in my search for love, to show you just how a mindset shift can make all the difference. It’s short, it’s to the point and it’s going to help you to make you more hopeful in your search for love. To join in more conversations like this, follow Emma at @turning30coach on Instagram. Turning 30 and How To Build Your Next Chapter20 Apr 202300:33:05
On the verge of some big changes happening in my personal life, I decided to record a special solo episode reflecting on next chapters: how to create them and how seeing your life as a series of ‘next chapters’ can help you to build an intentional life that you love. Contrary to popular belief, something I have learnt is that creating a life that looks totally different to what you currently have doesn’t take time, it takes intention. Whilst my clients provide so much evidence of how big changes don’t have to take a lot of time, I am sharing my own story of going from a period of dating despair this time last year, to now making room in my apartment as my boyfriend moves in. Over the past three years I have been intentionally created my own series of new chapters by identifying what is missing in my life, what I want to focus on, and then consciously and proactively setting out to create it. I hope that by reflecting back on these chapters of my thirties and sharing the details of the process that I went through to in order to make these changes, I will inspire you to know that your next chapters are ready and waiting for you- you just need to unlock them. I unlocked mine by using my coaching methods and a specific process that I have packaged into a refreshed and updated version of my Next Chapter coaching group which is now live and enrolling. Details of the group and how to register are here. IG: @turning30coach

Turning 30 and let’s talk about Relationship Anxiety ft. Sarah Yudkin05 Apr 202301:00:38
We’ve all heard those familiar phrases when it comes to starting a new relationship: ‘when you know you know’, but what if you start a new relationship or you’re already in a partnership and you don’t instantly know that this person is ‘the one’? For some reason, we’ve been tricked into believing that once we meet someone and get into a relationship, that we will live ‘happily ever after’ and things will just nicely slot into place. Add to this the fact we are bombarded with an array of different opinions on relationships such as ‘when you know you know’, it’s no wonder that when people start to have any doubts or questions in their relationship, they don’t know where to turn. In this week’s guest episode, I have invited life coach Sarah Yudkin on to talk about a topic that I don’t think gets nearly enough airtime: relationship anxiety. We dive into so many interesting topics, including: how to know if it’s anxiety or incompatibility? what to do (and what not to do) if you experience doubts in your relationship how relationship anxiety shows up and how it can affect you whether age affects anxious feelings in a relationship the topic of settling and what it means to ‘settle’ in a relationship ‘the grass is greener’ syndrome that we can experience when we are single or in a partnership Sarah is such a source of wisdom on this topic, based on her own personal journey of feeling anxious, doubtful, and uncertain in her own relationship to feeling a deeper sense of commitment, fulfillment, and optimism than she dreamed was possible. Since then, she has helped over 750 people from 35 countries through online coaching, courses, and webinars. The You Love and You Learn online community consists of over 220,000 people on a journey to show up more intentionally in their relationships. Turning 30 and Letting Go of Financial Expectations Ft. Ellie Austin-Williams30 Mar 202300:49:27
What did you think you would have achieved financially by your thirties? Owning your own property? Being able to afford to rent and live alone? Buying designer handbags? Taking as many holidays as you wanted? For most of us, our thirties were a distant time in the future where we would have the pleasure of being able to afford what we wanted, when we wanted. After all, our parents did all of those things in their twenties- why should we expect any different! On this week’s episode, I have invited back money expert Ellie Austin-Williams to have an open and honest conversation all about the financial expectations most of us have in our thirties. The truth is, being in our thirties and not where we want to be when it comes to our finances is very confronting. And that’s why in this episode, Ellie and I are giving a voice to these important and sometimes ‘taboo’ topics.   Topics that we dive into include: Expectations at thirty and why we feel so much pressure at this age Comparison of financial status and how privilege shows up The current economy and cost of living crisis and how it is impacting our generation and the choices we make, from where we live to whether we want children Why millennials are so obsessed with owning a property, and other ways to look at this expected milestone Redundancy and how to make the most of big life changes and transitions   Ellie has appeared as an expert panelist for brands including Glamour and Monzo as well as providing insight and comment for Refinery29, Stylist, BBC News and more. Ellie is also the co-host of the podcast Money Unfiltered- and in this episode she shares so much knowledge and interesting insights.   Ellie: IG: @thisgirltalksmoney Website: https://www.thisgirltalksmoney.co.uk/   Emma: IG: @turning30coach   You are invited to join us for The Align Retreat taking place this August (3-7th) in Kent, UK. Turning 30 and Thriving in Love + Dating ft Caitlin Bedford the Compatibility Coach02 Mar 202301:09:03
In this week’s special format guest episode I am sitting down with love and dating expert Caitlin aka The Compatibility Coach and we are answering the questions I most get asked by my community. The questions we are answering are: Is there such thing as ‘manifesting love’ - is this even possible and if so, HOW?! How can you stay hopeful in love when you’ve been single and dating for years on end? How can you actually meet people apart from going on the dating apps? How to get back into dating if you’ve been out of the game for years and the thought of it is terrifying? We also get personal and share our own stories of how and where we met our partners, and delve into our own dating and love journeys up until now.   If you like this episode and have more questions for us on the topic of love and dating, please send them to Emma @turning30coach or emma@coachingwithemma.com.
Turning 30 and my Egg-Freezing Journey15 Feb 202300:57:36
In the second instalment of my solo podcast series where I am diving into the key topics that have positivity impacted my thirties, I am sharing my personal journey of freezing my eggs at the age of 35. After an unexpected break-up at age 33, I started to explore the option of freezing my eggs as an insurance policy for the future. Six months ago, I went through one round of egg-freezing and in this episode I am answering the most common questions I have received about it. Questions that I answer include: How I went from considering it to actually going through with it How much it costs The ideal age to freeze eggs Where to start once I decided to go ahead How to prepare your body before Details of the process itself How the hormones affected me The egg-retrieval itself How I felt afterwards If I shared with men I was dating I am such an advocate for sharing knowledge about female fertility and I have used this episode as an opportunity to give a true insight into what it’s really like. I also invite you to check out my journey at my private egg-freezing IG account @emmaseggs, where I documented in real-time. DISCLAIMER: I am not a medical professional and any of the medical  information shared in this episode is a culmination of my personal research, personalized information from my own healthcare professionals and my own experience freezing my eggs. Turning 30 and the Joy of Solo Travel08 Feb 202300:48:18
This episode is the first in my brand new solo podcast series focusing on the topics that I believe are pivotal to enjoying your thirties.   Once upon a time, the thought of solo travel was a far away concept that people only did when they couldn’t convince their friends to come along with them (or maybe they didn’t even have friends at all).   After getting a small taste of solo travel in my early thirties, once I went through a break up at age 33 I felt a calling to go on an adventure that I couldn’t ignore.   My first big solo travel trip at age 33 opened up a whole new world for me. It wasn’t just the opportunity to travel, but the lessons that I learnt along the way. This episode tells my journey to solo travel and I am sharing the reasons why I love it so much. I also share tips for those of you who want to travel alone, but you aren't sure how to start planning a trip or you are feeling scared to take the leap.   This episode is for everyone and anyone who wants to get to know themselves on a deeper level, have new experiences and meet new people along the way, regardless of age, regardless of relationship status and regardless of having never done anything like this before.   I currently have 1:1 coaching spots available for April start dates.   Click here to book a free initial consultation call:   https://calendly.com/turning30coach/turning30program   Join my community on Instagram at: @turning30coach
Turning 30 and Breaking Free From Family to Live Your Own Path Ft Taylor Amrani17 Jan 202300:56:25
“We can’t control the family that we are born into and the choices our parents make for us, but we can control how we choose to live our own lives”, the wise words of this episode’s podcast guest, spiritual teacher and podcast host Taylor Amrani, who I invited on to talk about how we can live our own truth, even when it is different than the life our parents imagined for us.   In this episode we dive into the topic of breaking free from our family’s expectations, and Taylor shares her personal journey with her own father who was originally disappointed that she gave up an opportunity to study law, to pursue her dream to be a life coach.   Over the years Taylor has learnt to practice empathy and compassion for her parent’s choices, has increased confidence to break free and live her own path and has set out to live that path by remote working and traveling all around the world in 2022 at the age of 28.   Making decisions that look different to what your parents or family expect of you can be very difficult, and this episode gives a voice to the challlenges that you may experience and the feelings of guilt or doubt that you may go through as a result. We have an honest conversation about how to deal with these emotions, and we even talk about how our grandma’s can give us inspiration to how to live our truth.   If you want to be inspired to live a more authentic path and to break free from the way you imagined or have been taught your life will look, this one is for you.   Emma:   Emma: IG: https://www.instagram.com/turning30coach/ Book an initial consult call for 1:1 coaching:https://calendly.com/turning30coach/turning30program   Taylor: IG: https://www.instagram.com/lifebytaylor/ Website: www.lifebytaylor.com
Turning 30 and How to Turn it All Around ft. Kam Sagoo23 Dec 202200:59:28
This episode is a showcase of one of the most profound client transformations I have had the pleasure to support.   My client Kam’s life looked very different two years ago when she first reached out to me for a consultation call.   She was officially stuck in a rut. Just about to turn 30 she had a ‘good, stable’ job she didn’t like and had been debating leaving for a while, was in a relationship that she knew had no long-term future, was living at home with her parents and was struggling to see how she could get out of this situation to create a new future in her thirties.    After reading books and podcasts about personal development in 2020, she decided that she actually wanted to start to actually implement some of the things she was reading about and make big life changes. That’s what led her to coaching and to signing up to a 1:1 program.   Fast forward two years, her life has done a complete 180.   She ended her relationship, found a new job, bought her own place and moved out of her parents house and has spent the past year going on solo travel adventures and enjoying her life. Most of all the goal that she set, and is continuously working on, is having so much more life in her years, a mentality that Kam also has inspired me to adopt.   All of these external results are cause for celebration, but as you will hear in the episode, the biggest change of all was her mindset. Kam took a long, hard look at her thoughts and used coaching tools to create a new internal narrative. Through coaching, she has learnt to enjoy the journey that is life, and to stop worrying so much about the destination.   From panicking about being single and never meeting anyone, to now embracing her thirties and living a life on her terms, she is the perfect example of a Turning 30 success story.   To join my ‘Re-deciding 2023 event’ on January 1st- follow me on Instagram @turning30coach and make sure to tune in to the LIVE at 6:30pm UK time, 1:30pm EST.
Turning 30 and How to Have Your Best Year Yet Ft Natalie Pollock07 Dec 202200:53:24
This week’s episode is one of my favourites because I have invited a Turning 30 coaching client with such a great story to share.    My client Natalie’s story is a special one. She literally used to eye-roll when it came to self-help and personal development, and now she is such an advocate for investing in yourself- as you will hear on the episode.   She really stepped up and invested in my Reclaim your Thirties group program and then continued her journey with 1:1 coaching which led her to some really wild transformations that happened in a relatively short space of time.   Natalie turned 30 during the pandemic and when she came out of the other side of it she felt like she had ‘lost’ those years- which I know so many resonate with. Instead of moping around, even though she had so many circumstances that could really keep HER stuck in victim mode- she took action and she managed to have her best year yet in 2022 .   This episode is full of so much goodness because what Natalie did is at the core of everything I stand for. She did the mindset work and what she created was a year where she could be her authentic self: she solo travelled, she stopped comparison even when she was bridesmaids multiple times over the summer and all her friends were getting married, she addressed her fertility worries and most of all she learnt so much.   If you struggle with comparison, feelings of being left behind whilst all your friends take the next steps, this client story will resonate with you and show you what is possible.   There are currently TWO spots left for private coaching starting in January 2023.
