Their story on how these two men came together is another perfect example of when one is following their excitement and joy that the right people just come into your life at the right time.

Both of them have been on a journey of growth and expansion into what brings them the most joy and together they have been able to create a full time career teaching others to do the same.

I resonate deeply with these guys since my journey started when my friend Charles got diagnosed with cancer and I supported him as he changed his lifestyle and in the process we both healed.

This week, I spoke with Natalie Forstbauer, the creator and Editor-In-Chief of Heart & Soil Magazine. Their “soil purpose” (Ha Ha) is to provide quality information and advice to the increasing demand of regenerative farming globally.

Natalie was born and raised on an organic and biodynamic farm in the Fraser Valley of British Columbia, Canada. 

She brings a wealth of diverse experience in the farming industry to Heart & Soil Magazine with her entrepreneurial mindset, training in alternative medicine, and experience working with her family's award-winning farm.

Let’s face it, if we don't fix the soil we are pretty much screwed because that is where our food comes from. 

Tilling and killing the soil microbiome (the plants gut & immune system) has to stop along with spraying toxic chemicals on our food crops.

What a weird time to be alive… big business poisons our food and that is legal and people just hand over their money at the grocery stores for more!

Another great episode for ya and this one is very specific. Today we are going to be discussing Homeopathy with licensed acupuncturist, Nick Fransen. Nick grew up on a small potato farm in Idaho so that's good because he was raised with common sense. Later after Nick started a family his son got a routine vaccine and shortly thereafter developed autism. Nick and his wife were told that their son needed to be put into a home and he would never lead a normal life and there are some medications for him. They also prescribed medications for Nick and his wife because the doctor said they would be depressed. Nick and his wife decided to take their own path and flew their son all over the world for natural treatments and ended up healing their son on their own. In the modern world more and more technology has creeped into our lives and although parts of it have been amazing some of it is downright dangerous. Yes, with all the information in the world at our fingertips we have accelerated awareness and allowed people to move forward faster than ever before on their spiritual path. The downside of the obvious EMF’s scrambling our cells and bright lights throwing off our circadian rhythms are apparent. One of the worst pieces to the technology puzzle is the cyber security component and that's where stress from hackers can affect our health as well. Personally I have been hacked for over $25,000 since November of 2022 and it created a lot of contrast for me and I realized that cyber security is critical in the modern world.

Then Cyrus Nooriala came into my life and he has built a business around protecting people and mainly businesses from cyber threats. Max Casa was diagnosed with a hereditary degenerative muscle disease that plagued many of his family with multiple surgeries, wheelchairs and early death. Luckily his parents decided to enroll him into martial arts at an early age to try and help him stabilize his body. Max noticed incremental improvements over the years from martial arts and was even able to play sports in high school. During his junior year he was exposed to a float tank and that experience rocketed his body and mind to a complete recovery to lead a healthy, happy life.

Max and I talk about the power of these float tanks for improved physical and emotional health.
