Clinical Case Perspective

In this conversation, the Turd Nerds discuss a complex case of a patient with microscopic colitis and multiple gastrointestinal issues. The patient had a history of diarrhea and had been on long-term pharmaceutical management, which was not providing relief.

The Turd Nerds explored various treatment options, including anti-parasitic medications, bile acid sequestrants, and biofilm treatment. They also discussed the challenges of diagnosing and treating microscopic colitis.
