My guest today is Brittany Hatcher, a dedicated Breathwork Facilitator, Reiki Master, and Somatic Coach, whose work foundations are rooted in the principles of Spiritual Psychology.

Brittany specializes in mentoring teens, helping them accept and value their individual gifts, as they navigate the often confusing and difficult transition to adulthood, as well as working with teens facing mental health challenges and addiction.

Her firsthand experience with her son, a pediatric cancer survivor, has also placed a special interest and skill in helping mothers and caregivers of cancer patients, or other traumatic and stressful life events.

Her approach integrates mindfulness techniques, various somatic practices, energy healing, and the profound insights of spiritual psychology to support people of all backgrounds, through their journey towards mental and emotional well-being.
