Lynz shares her incredible journey, from struggling with sales funnels to achieving significant success with the support of the Tiny Offer® Accelerator program. Explore Lynz Crichton's evolution from a musician to a mentor for independent artists in the "Musician to Educator" chapter. Lynz passionately discusses the importance of understanding the business side of a musical career and the hurdles musicians face in monetizing their talents. This conversation underscores the necessity for adaptable strategies in the ever-changing music industry.
We delve into the creation of a successful Tiny Offer® for musicians, including market research, content calendar development, and the excitement of building a second funnel. We also explore integrating coaching calls into an automated business model, balancing personal engagement with efficiency, and experimenting with pricing strategies. By focusing on creating value-centered sales funnels and leveraging targeted ads, Lynz highlights how musicians can boost visibility and sales, proving that with the right guidance and determination, success is attainable.
Episode 55: The Real Reason I’m Stepping Back from Masterminds
jeudi 22 août 2024 • Duration 34:15
In this episode I take you behind the scenes of a significant decision in my business journey—stepping back from participating in masterminds. I dive into the mindset shifts that led me to this choice, sharing insights from my own experiences in various business communities.
I explore the reasons why many entrepreneurs, including myself, join masterminds for external validation rather than aligning with their true goals. From the desire for recognition to the pitfalls of shiny object syndrome, I discuss how these factors can lead to unnecessary detours in your business.
Join me as I recount a pivotal moment on stage where I realized I was in the wrong room, going through the liberating experience of finding supportive peer networks and the value of tactical programs highlighting the importance of being in environments that truly resonate with your mission. These programs foster self-sufficiency and practical skills, unlike some masterminds that may leave you feeling inadequate.
If you agree on the lessons I’ve learned, the value of focusing on what already works, and the importance of choosing the right support for your business growth, feel free to book a call with our team now!

Create A Limitless Flow Of Leads Into Your Business
Season 1 · Episode 16
mercredi 21 décembre 2022 • Duration 14:47
Build a marketing strategy for a business that focuses on consistently reaching new audiences and converting them into customers through a specific sales page or offer.
This approach can be effective for building a stable and predictable source of leads and revenue for a business, as it allows the business owner to focus on refining and optimizing the sales process.
It's important to remember that different approaches will work better for various businesses and personalities, so it's crucial to find the best approach for you and your business.
This can help you avoid the constant pressure to create new content and instead focus on rinsing and repeating your sales efforts for a new audience. It's also important to focus on creating consistent, high-quality content and building relationships with potential customers, rather than constantly trying to come up with new ideas or launch strategies.
The goal is to create a sustainable, long-term approach to sales and marketing that allows you to grow your business without feeling overwhelmed or constantly having to start from scratch.

What To Do When You’re Drowning
Season 1 · Episode 15
mercredi 14 décembre 2022 • Duration 15:59
We fear many things in life and the most common of them all is failure. People are afraid of failing and don’t know what to do when they’re down. Failure is like the end for them and they couldn’t think beyond it.
In this episode, I have discussed how to survive and rise again when you’re drowning. We often take a lot of the burden of things that are out of our hands and do not focus on the things that are actually in our control. Find out your strengths and focus on them. My two strengths are that I’m futuristic and strategic. I love planning through strategies and making them work.
Make necessary changes in your management pattern to put ease in your work. Our brain is not designed to take all of that load at once and process it. If you’re going to do that, you’ll mess up yourself instead what you should do is you must do that one thing that you’ve been holding back. Identify your daily tasks and figure out which one will impact your brain the most.

3 Things You Should Stop Saying If You Want Success
Season 1 · Episode 14
mercredi 7 décembre 2022 • Duration 03:35
Your words significantly impact your mindset more than someone else’s. The words you say and feed to your subconscious mind play a more significant role in your success. Be cautious with the things you say. In this episode, I discussed three things you should avoid at all costs if you want to succeed.
First and foremost, stop saying “maybe” You either do something, or you don’t, there is no maybe in between. Successful people don’t say maybe they just do the thing.
The second thing is the word “should” Stop saying this as it damages your mind and prohibits you from further growth. Because if you don’t do the thing you ‘should’ have done you’ll start blaming yourself, and you will go down the rabbit hole of self-hatred. Say a different word that has more positive energy.
The final thing you should avoid saying is “I wanna” We get stuck in the “wanna” and never actually do anything. Don’t talk about it, be about it is something I always tell my kids so just do the thing and move on from the “wanna”.

5 Mistakes I’ve Made Hiring
Season 1 · Episode 13
jeudi 1 décembre 2022 • Duration 13:14
Business is all about making the right decisions at the right time. Only when the proper functionalities are applied to the business does it grow and scale.
However, after self-realization, we all make decisions that we later regret and resent.
Starting from scratch and scaling a business, I have made the mistakes that I have discussed in this podcast.
The first self-realization was hiring a consultant with an equal profit-sharing plan. The profit-sharing plans do sound amazing, but there is a lot of gray area in this. When you hire people with the same level of commitment, you can expect them to put in the same amount of effort for your cause. However, seeing yourself putting in all of the efforts for an equal share makes you feel guilty about your own decision. It shatters the relationship and disrupts the workflow.
Another mistake that I have made is choosing the wrong role for the wrong people. I have been through times when I regret putting people in positions where they shouldn't be just because I liked them. Hiring people is tough because one bad employee can affect the entire team.
Being a person who avoids social interaction can result in not being able to have a tough conversation with the people around you. Being associated with people keeps you up to date on their actions. Being unable to convey lengthy conversations impacts your performance in other areas.
Choosing the wrong people for the wrong roles is the worst. When people who do not belong in a particular location become its owners, they completely devastate it.
When working in a team, it is critical to understand how people are connected to share information because scaling is determined by the team rather than the individual.

The 4 Types Of Funnels You Can Implement Inside Of Your Business
Season 1 · Episode 12
lundi 28 novembre 2022 • Duration 12:07
This podcast is by far my favorite. The funnel is an essential element of any business. They illustrate that every sale begins with a huge targeted audience and ends up with a small number of people, who purchase it. I have used multiple funnels during my journey, and I have penned down some of my favorites to share with you.
The funnel that helps you create small, inexpensive products that are supposed to blow up your business is “Tiny Offers”.The tiny offers work like an introduction to your real future offers and services. They carry the potential of influencing and disappointing buyers. The tiny offers help us differentiate between actual and freebie buyers. They also help in analyzing people's needs and choices, which invest in our inventions at a great rate.
The second, and without a doubt the cornerstone of the company, is continuity.
Businesses face disruptions and emergencies all the time. The continuity funnel helps in maintaining the critical functions so that your business can keep going.
Helps your organization to avoid crises and disasters and be prepared to rapidly resume business as usual, proactive and reactive planning is necessary.
But what is so amazing about it?
The continuity of your operation is everything. It serves as the foundation of your business. You base your company's future on the principle of continuity. This will establish the benchmark for your goal.
The third one is the membership funnel. It describes the multi-process journey of your members from the moment they discover your organization to the point where they subscribe to your membership. This is very useful in its own way. While creating milestones and winning at everything, this funnel is a good way of engaging more people to add to the revenue.
Lastly, the application funnel. This works as feedback for you. You get to know your creation's most honest and useful deployment results. People enjoy giving reviews and we can use them to create something that satisfies their concerns.
There is so much to learn about the funnels in business, and if you are one of those who love to explore the knowledge of business, then this is your jam.
