mardi 29 octobre 2024Duration 09:26

In this episode, I'm addressing something we all face: fear.

Whether it's the fear of failing or, oddly enough, the fear of success, I'll show you why those "what ifs" don’t have to hold you back. Let’s make fear your sidekick in growth and finally take those chances you’ve been putting off.

Here are the highlights:

(03:10) Think Big. Think Outrageous!

(04:45) YOU persevered

There are so many benefits to creating a vision board for yourself. I recently tried making a virtual vision board, which was even better – you can view it whenever you want, update it on the go and keep yourself motivated towards your goals.

There really are no rules with virtual vision boards. You can include photos of yourself, visual incantations of your goals... anything that represents who you are and what you want to achieve.

Are you getting the new year itch to shake up your career? You might be unhappy in your current job and know it’s time for a change, so channel your newfound resolve and do something about it!

Episode 109: How to Make Life Upgrades Stick

Episode 109

mardi 3 janvier 2023Duration 07:24

It is widely known that many of us will fail to see through on our new year’s resolutions. I prefer to call them life upgrades. In this episode I share some of my favourite strategies which you can use to help make those big life upgrades stick, including:

  • Write them down.
  • Be realistic.

Episode 108

mardi 27 décembre 2022Duration 08:19

How many of you struggle to keep your New Year’s Resolutions? Well, you’re not alone.

I think one of the reasons we all struggle to keep our resolutions is because we make them too broad, or too ambitious.

If you have made your goals for 2023, you need to ensure they are attainable by sketching out a realistic plan. Long lasting change will only happen if you have a strategy, and in this episode I share some steps you can take to ensure long-lasting life upgrades in 2023, such as:

  • Break down your goals into action steps.
  • Set your priorities.
  • Write it down.

Don't put too much pressure on yourself to set and keep resolutions. Give yourself the gift of a life upgrade that will encompass and help you achieve your goals in 2023.

I believe in you. You got this!
