| Preparing To Bloom: Becoming The New You 🌹 | 15 Feb 2026 | 00:57:22 | |
In this episode, we discuss intention, consistency, and how to manage becoming the new you…even in the midst of boredom. The spring season is almost here, and I emphasize the importance and purpose of innerstanding cultures outside of your own. Specifically, I enjoy the Chinese New Year and what each animal symbolizes. As we enter the year of the Horse, it is imperative to embark on new journeys and lean into change, because we are constantly adapting—most are simply unaware. In this new season, we are choosing to be open, clear, honest, and humble, knowing that life will always present its challenges.

| Deep Root Work: The Invisible Season of Healing 🌹 | 14 Dec 2025 | 00:34:14 | |
In this episode, I open up about the ugly side of healing—the moments when prayer feels heavy, meditation feels cloudy, and all you have left are your hands, your voice, and your mind. I share my journey of facing the choice between giving up or surrendering to deeper self-discovery. Through my experience with vitiligo, hiding, and masking my true self, I reveal how “deep root work” becomes the foundation for real transformation. This episode explores the power of letting your roots grow, shedding old facades, and allowing The Most High to guide your healing from the inside out. It’s an honest reminder that growth often happens in silence, but that doesn’t make it any less beautiful.

| Conversations About Hair | 17 Apr 2024 | 00:10:46 | |
Hey Rosebuds! 🌹 This episode serves to vocalize my experience cutting off my locs. I started my loc journey on August 24th, 2020. | Conversations About Healing | 10 Jul 2023 | 00:28:41
Hey Rosebuds! 🌹 This episode is all about what my healing journey has been like and the skills I have implemented into my life in order to grow. I want to be candid with you and express that no healing journey is easy but absolutely possible. With all the negativity in the world, healing from any pain, harm, or trauma that has occurred in your life is well worth it as we all know good things take time. I hope something resonates with you, especially if you are on a healing journey or looking to get started. Stay tuned for more episodes! Love, Nyeri Rose
| Conversations About Control | 26 Jun 2023 | 00:38:22 | |
Hey Rosebuds! 🌹 This episode was more so a reflection for me as we approach the end of June. Of all the things I learned, one of the biggest lessons was to decrease my sense of control. Whether it’s control of people, finances, or any given situation, we have to learn to loosen our grip on life so that we can enjoy the fruits of our labor and focus our intention back on healing. Life is so beautiful and part of its beauty lies within the obstacles and challenges we face on a daily basis. And I am learning to enhance my ability to discern the things I need to let go of to grow. Stay tuned for more episodes! Love, Nyeri Rose
| Conversations About BBLs | 04 Jun 2023 | 00:25:59 | |
Hey Rosebuds! 🌹 In the midst of celebrity and comedian D.C. Young Fly's partner, Ms. Jacky Oh, passing away due to cosmetic surgery, I thought it was imperative that I touch on the aspects of cosmetic surgery and its potential repercussions. Understanding this is a HIGHLY sensitive topic, my intention is not to offend but to enlighten others on this topic and create a safe space for those who may be considering or have gotten surgery and wish to reflect. Stay tuned for more! Love, Nyeri Rose
| Conversations About Selective Outrage | 21 May 2023 | 00:29:46 | |
Hey Rosebuds 🌹 I am back at it with a new episode for Season Two of The Rose Garden Podcast! I know it’s been quite some time, and with the way of the world, I had to pick up on the concept of selective outrage. This term is mostly used to describe the bias in people who pick and choose what they want to accept as morally right or wrong. With cancel culture being at an all-time high, I had to address this topic. I also have a few life updates for you guys. Thank you for supporting TRG! Stay tuned for more! Love, Nyeri Rose
| Conversations About Roe vs. Wade | 21 Jul 2022 | 00:42:51 | |
⚠️ Trigger Warning ⚠️ Hey Rosebuds 🌹 Let’s get right into this conversation about the overturning of Roe vs. Wade. This is still one of the biggest debates and ongoing conversations happening in our country right now. I think it is imperative that we educate ourselves on the meaning and deeper meanings on why this is happening in this time. Not only is our generation affected by this decision but the generations to come will also be impacted by these decisions. So now is the time to strategize our next steps and assess what healing work needs to happen to overcome choices we no longer have control over. Thank you for all the love and support and I hope you enjoy this transparent and honest episode on The Rose Garden. Love, Nyeri Rose
| Conversations About Vitiligo | 24 Jun 2022 | 00:43:31 | |
Hey Rosebuds 🌹 This conversation was difficult but so healing for me. Being able to talk about my skin condition, having Vitiligo, and sharing it with the world has made me feel more confident, appreciative, and comfortable in the skin I’m in. For so long I wanted to be ”invisible” which I manifested on my face…literally. But I allowed negative people, energy, and projections to validate my insecurities and confirm my lack of self-love and esteem, something I am no longer willing to compromise anymore! Thank you for all the love and support and I hope you enjoy this transparent and honest episode on The Rose Garden. Shoutout to @yahkiawakened for the information on the truth about hair and skin. I was unable to mention you in my podcast but wanted to make sure I credited you for your knowledge 🙏🏾 Love, Nyeri Rose

| Conversations About Perception | 16 May 2022 | 00:41:33 | |
Hey Rosebuds 🌹
I wanted to have a conversation about perception this week. I recently found myself struggling with finding an identity on social media as well as finding safe and authentic spaces within social media platforms. There is so much content available to us that it is easy to get discouraged or disillusioned by the perception of what others have, which can lead to loss of self. I realized that this conversation was necessary in my healing to stray away from a very prominent energy taker, which is fear. I hope you all can resonate with my feelings and find assurance in sense of self and what it means to have a presence, both spiritually and digitally. Thank you for listening and feedback is ALWAYS appreciated. Stay tuned for more! :)
Love,
Nyeri Rose

| Conversations About Protection | 28 Apr 2022 | 00:41:01 | |
Hey Rosebuds 🌹 I wanted to have an open and honest conversation about protection. Following "the slap" at the Oscars, I felt it was necessary to create a dialogue amongst men and women and how we are being drifted away from each other due to lack of protection and possible issues surrounding childhood trauma. Hoping this episode provides healing to those in need, regardless of if you are in a relationship or not. Thank you for listening and feedback is ALWAYS appreciated. Stay tuned for more! :) Love, Nyeri Rose
