In this second part, I go deeper into why I relate to cancer the way I do—and what this moment has asked me to look at, emotionally and physically. Cancer has never come into my life to punish me or tell me I “did something wrong.” It came as a redirection. A messenger pointing to the ways I had been silencing myself, people-pleasing, carrying rejection, and erasing my own needs. And this time, instead of spiraling or dissociating, I chose to stay with myself and listen. This episode isn’t about cancer alone.
