Dr. Schefdore and his wife purchased their first office for $75,000. For seventeen years, they built three hygienist-free, out of network, very profitable practices, employing six associates and a small staff.

In 2020, Dr. Schefdore retired from clinical dentistry and is now dedicating his time to showing other dentists around the country how they can flourish with no hygiene and no or limited in-network insurance programs.
