Grandfather and CEO Bob McGurrell talks his charity and how it started following the still birth of his grandson Louis

Season 1 · Episode 19

mercredi 31 juillet 2024Duration 32:53

Send us a text

Grandfather and now CEO, Bob McGurrell has kindly agreed to join me on the pod to tell me his families story, one I can't even imagine experiencing.

This episode is truly inspiring and shows how you can take a really awful situation and turn it into something positive like helping other families cope with miscarriage, still birth and child loss.

In memory of grandson Louis, the 4Louis charity now supplies memory boxes, cuddle cots, help create bereavement spaces and train NHS professionals all over the UK.

*This episode contains themes of baby loss, which some listeners may find difficult to listen to*.
