For those interested visuals that go along with the talk, I’ve uploaded the slides to my website so you can go take a look at your leisure here:

Cole Torode is the co-owner of Rosso Coffee Roasters in Calgary, Alberta, Founder and Head of Coffee and Operations at Forward Specialty Green Coffee Importers. Lucia has been working specifically with coffee for many years now, but actually comes from a wine background, studying Viticulture and Enology at UC Davis in California, and later training as a winemaker in Napa Valley. She now has a podcast called Making Coffee with Lucia Solis, and hosts Fermentation Training Camps around the world.
