In this episode, Dean and Jason dive into Brain MB, ABW's free, game-changing AI tool that's transforming how Canadian brokers work, allowing them to navigate complex lender policies without interrupting busy colleagues or digging through dense broker kits.
We analyzed 888 broker inquiries across 145 A Better Way Mortgage Group brokers from the last three months, and uncovered the exact bottlenecks slowing deals down. Rental income questions topped the list, accounting for 51 inquiries. The data reveals five recurring themes brokers struggle with: lender acceptance thresholds, property offsets, portfolio limits, property unit counting, and multi-unit property programs.

→ How Brain MB flags policy conflicts, suggests alternative lenders when files are declined, and surfaces current rates with daily verification.
→ How to correctly ask Brain MB questions and tips for using AI, the common push-back from skeptics, and how Brain MB will continue to grow within ABW.
