The Missing Links Golf Show follows two guys in their early 50s with plenty of life experience, unfinished business, and one ambitious goal: to qualify for and compete in the NSW Amateur Senior Golf Championship.
Each week, Steve and Andy share the highs, the lows, and the lessons from their pursuit of better golf. But this isn't just a golf podcast. It's about what happens when you decide you're not done yet.
From practice sessions and tournament rounds to sports psychology, coaching, equipment, and the mental battles we all face, they explore how the game reflects life—and how the lessons learned away from the course can make you a better golfer.
Whether you're chasing a lower handicap, a bigger goal, or simply proof that your best days aren't behind you, this is the journey for you.

After unpacking these events, the boys then turn their attention to Andy's impending round at the Carnarvon Senior Open and his second attempt to qualify for the NSW Senior Open. Can he overcome his injury in time? Can he succeed without hitting a golf ball in over two weeks? So many questions...

After being struck down with Covid, Steve climbs out of his sick bed (that explains the husky voice…) to join Andy in a discussion with Sasho MacKenzie – founder of The Stack System.
