This week Kay and Kate admit to being slightly stumped by their guest’s Magic Ingredient - yam.

Stumped being the operative word as the item selected is woody, tubular and can grow up to five-feet in length! But the foodstuff in question has huge sentimental value for this week’s guest, the presenter, Strictly Come Dancing titan and musical theatre star Ore Oduba!
