As an expert in nutrition and women`s health, Louise provides great myth busting and practical nutritional tips to help manage menopause. We also explore interesting new research in vaginal microbiome and fertility.

 

Louie started to be interested about nutrition in 2016 while doing an BA in Digital Art at Exeter College. When working at Holland and Barrett, suddenly the world of helping others to get better health appealed to her.

She then signed up to CNM London to do Biomed then a PG Dip in Nutrition.

Growing up Louise had very bad PMS, and pain while menstruation. When doing Nutrition at CNM London she found a huge interest for menstrual cycle problems, PCOS, PMS, PMDD, Endometriosis etc..

After CNM London she completed a fertility course with the implications of nutrition with Angela Leap.

She currently has an online practice, helping people on Instagram and TikTok with their concern on the menstrual cycle. Louise is launching a new website in July 2023, as well as Program on how to rebalance your hormones naturally. 

She is currently focusing on the Vaginal microbiome, what it means, what it does, and what an imbalance can do to your fertility, pregnancy or menstrual cycle in general.
