E4.15: Heal Thy Self, Guest Kyndall Clark Osibodu, Founder, The Runner's Apothecary
Season 4 · Episode 15
lundi 23 mai 2022 • Duration 56:34
Based in Brooklyn, by way of Atlanta and Chicago, Kyndall is a facilitator, certified mindfulness instructor, and entrepreneur. She has spent the last ten years centering the leadership and well-being of girls and women of color through education, advocacy, and philanthropy.
After witnessing the magic of the NYC marathon in 2021, she decided to become a runner. As a newbie, she found the beginning of her running journey challenging and painful. Looking for a natural alternative to pain relief, she created a hemp-derived muscle salve. The Runner's Apothecary, a holistic wellness brand for runners, other athletes, and other humans who move their bodies, was born. The Runner’s Apothecary creates plant-based body products to support recovery and overall well-being and to facilitate less reliance on OTC pharmaceuticals. Through her business and life, Kyndall is passionate about supporting communities’ access to holistic health through movement, plant wisdom, and meditation.
