Hosts Rob Green, Editor in Chief for CILIP's Information Professional magazine, and Jess Pembroke, Director of Information Rights Law at Naomi Korn Associates look at some of the questions facing organisations as they look to take advantage of AI tools in the workplace. What should you be thinking about and what steps do you need to take to ensure a robust policy that protects users, data and reputation.

Jess and Rob are joined by Dr Andrew Cox, an internationally respected expert in the use of AI within the Information Professions. Dr Cox is Senior Lecturer at University of Sheffield's School of Information, Journalism and Communications. In this episode he shares insights from his latest research into AI use by library, knowledge management and information professionals, carried out on behalf of CILIP - The Library and Information Association.
