Dr. Peacock is a chiropractor and health coach, specializing in plant based nutrition to help people live their most optimal, healthiest lifestyle. She is a former competitive swimmer who has won a NCAA Championship, two US Open Gold Medals, and five international medals. She concluded her career as the 2016 US Olympic alternate in the 800 meter freestyle. Stephanie was on the US National Team for 5 years, traveling all over the world competing for Team USA. Her experiences as a top performing athlete have shaped her professional career into wanting to help current athletes perform at their best through proper plant based nutrition.
She did her residency at TrueNorth Health Center specifically learning how to prevent and reverse lifestyle diseases with nutrition, movement, and lifestyle modifications. While at TrueNorth Health Center, she supervised water fasting patients and worked one on one with patients to help them continue a plant based lifestyle upon their departure. Dr. Peacock is currently located in Orange County, California utilizing mobile chiropractic and Active Release Techniques to restore proper movement patterns, decrease pain and increase mobility. She has an online platform for working with clients around the world for nutrition and lifestyle changes.
