Today we interview Dr. Jen Hillman from the University of Auckland about her PhD thesis work. From Africa to Antarctica, Dr. Hillman has been fascinated by community connectivity. Looking at how each level of an ecosystem is intricately connected is not only important to an environments functionality, but also has implications on the economic value to humans. Join us as we explore her work studying the very base of an environment - the mud!
