Here’s another podcast episode for you! I didn’t think I was gonna record one today, but the expression just came pouring out after hosting my mid-day meditation class. I talk about a bunch of things, mainly circling around a fascinating topic— finding the balance between the extremes of spiritual discipline (which can lead to a closed heart & samsaric attachment to spiritual rigidity) VS over-indulgence in addictions. In this episode I share an evolution of my meditation practice, which is to focus on surrendering the day ahead in the morning, and gratitude for the day past in the evening. Between the nightly and morning meditation session is a sacred boundary where no screen time is allowed.
