Hugo Langton is a professional manager who has worked as a 1st manager, assistant manager, Head coach and Head of Academy. Hugo has a vast experience in football, where he has worked in the lower leagues and women’s football. In today's podcast we spoke to Edu Rubio. Edu is the under 23s/18s coach at MK Dons and is a UEFA Pro Licence holder. Edu is very experienced youth football coach, with past clubs including Valencia and Chelsea. After working as the assistant manager at the Nike Academy, Edu began working with MK Dons in charge of the coaching programme from U7s up to U18s at the Academy. In this interview we speak with Frank Dick OBE. Frank is a leading motivational speaker and previously was the High Performance Director for SASCOC ( South African Sports Confederation and Olympic Committee) where consulted South Africa's top coaches and athletes at the 2016 Rio Olympics and Paralympics. Here it is our final instalment of the our interview with Murrayfield Wanderers Head Coach Bruce Aitchison. Part 4 is a Rugby special. In part 1 Bruce gave us a very comprehensive summary of his rugby coaching career to date, but we couldn't leave it at just that.
