Edu is very experienced youth football coach, with past clubs including Valencia and Chelsea. After working as the assistant manager at the Nike Academy, Edu began working with MK Dons in charge of the coaching programme from U7s up to U18s at the Academy. As senior PDP Coach, he is responsible for the players transition between the Academy and 1st Team.

Steven Sallis is a former academy footballer for Brighton and Hove Albion FC for 8 years. After that ended Steven embarked on a career in education which saw him short-listed for The National Teacher of the Year Award in 2008.
Steven has been an Assistant Headteacher of two large inner London Secondary Schools before becoming Head of Education & Player Welfare at Millwall FC. He was also a Senior Lecturer of Physical Education at the University of East London between 2009-12, and has lectured on topics such as "Leadership" at Universities across the UK.

Frank is a leading motivational speaker and previously was the High Performance Director for SASCOC ( South African Sports Confederation and Olympic Committee) where consulted South Africa's top coaches and athletes at the 2016 Rio Olympics and Paralympics. The RSA achieved 10 medals with 2 Gold, 6 Silver & 2 bronze. Four of those medals were won in athletics, Franks area of expertise.
