He was Director of Football at Dinamo Bucharest, where he spearhead the development of the sporting department.

Willie began his coaching career at 16 through the Scottish FA’s coach education pathway and currently holds the Scottish FA Advanced Children’s Licence, Scottish FA Advanced Youth Licence and the UEFA A licence and has aspirations to pursue the UEFA pro licence.

In today's episode we spoke to Andrew Wiseman. Andrew is the Head of Sports Science and physical preparation at Celtic FC Women. Hugo Langton is a professional manager who has worked as a 1st manager, assistant manager, Head coach and Head of Academy. Hugo has a vast experience in football, where he has worked in the lower leagues and women’s football. I have also completed his 'Scouting the Opposition' webinar which I highly recommend to all coaches.

In today's podcast we spoke to Edu Rubio. Edu is the under 23s/18s coach at MK Dons and is a UEFA Pro Licence holder. Edu is very experienced youth football coach, with past clubs including Valencia and Chelsea. After working as the assistant manager at the Nike Academy, Edu began working with MK Dons in charge of the coaching programme from U7s up to U18s at the Academy.
