I sat down with MMA Fighter Shem Rock for seriously one of the best episodes I’ve ever recorded on @thecontentcast1

I’m sure every fight fan will know who this lad is, but if you don’t let me just keep you in the loop.

Shem went from humble beginnings to becoming one of the best fighters I’ve seen in scrap in a cage.

Growing up on the streets of Liverpool wasn’t easy and some of the things that came Shem's way were challenging to say the least.

But after a trip to Asia he quickly knew he had to prove how good he was to the world.

Training out of @nextgenmmalpool along side @theufcbaddy and the squad, this lad for me is going to be one of the greatest fighters we will all know in the near future.
