The Chatterbox Redux Podcast with Nick & Sue is an off-shoot from the highly successful weekly, two hourly, syndicated Chatterbox radio chat show, which can be heard on over 200 radio stations across the United Kingdom and on further radio stations in other territories,

Chatterbox originally started as Chatterbox UK during the first lock down and was born out of regular Sunday afternoon interviews on a tribute version of the former pirate radio station Radio Northsea International.

The guests come from the 1950's right through to the present day, and range from A-listers and B-listers, through to wannabe's and has-beens, and range from singers, TV stars and presenters, authors, podcasters through to the odd boxer and missionary. You will also find the odd Beatle.

The Chatterbox Podcast format is being used in addition to the new radio shows from February, 2026, while classic and older interviews are all being re-edited to make them suitable for a podcast, and to make older interviews sound time-less to the listener.

Many great Rockstar's, Musicians and Singers are among those that have taken time out to chat about their lives and to let us know what they are doing. The songs are not included in the podcasts on account that it is not a music show and also to counteract copyright issues.

The Chatterbox Podcast makes great listening and we hope that you listen to the podcast regularly. Please subscribe and make it one of your favourites so that you never miss an episode.

we can be contacted at nickelbum@myyahoo.com , this includes listeners, radio stations that are interested in taking the main Chatterbox Show, or potential guests.

samedi 21 mars 2026Duration 27:11

Acclaimed singer-songwriter Kelly Lang returns to the Chatterbox Redux Studio to tell us about the releasing the first new single, "I Reach For Red," from her upcoming album out later this summer.

This is Kelly's first full-length, self-penned solo album since 2017! This new single screams 80s country, bringing back the steel guitar and blending some iconic red wine, which, if you know anyone who owns a winery, this would be perfect for a specialty line! As we approach the release date, Kelly is available for interviews and would love to tell you more about her new single, album, upcoming show dates, Country For A Cause in Nashville that she and husband, country music legend T.G. Sheppard hosts that kicks off CMA Fest, and more! That show will surpass $300,000 raised for Monroe Carell Jr. Children's Hospital at Vanderbilt in Nashville since they began hosting!

Kelly Lang (1st Interview)

Season 1 · Episode 37

samedi 21 mars 2026Duration 24:57

Our guest in this edition of the Chatterbox Redux Podcast is Breast Cancer survivor Kelly Lang, who chats about Breast Cancer and a duet she recorded with the late, great, Olivia Newton-John.

Kelly Lang is married to country singer TG Shepherd who makes a surprise and unexpected entrance at the end to say Hello

As a songwriter, Lang has had a stellar career with her songs being recorded by artists such as Ricky Skaggs, Lorrie Morgan, The Oak Ridge Boys, Crystal Gayle, George Jones, B.J. Thomas, Jimmy Fortune, Jerry Lee Lewis, T.G. Sheppard, and Johnny Lee, just to name a few.

Rin Harte AKA Harte - Non-binary and unapologetically queer, HARTE channels their personal experience into songs that will resonate deeply with those navigating their own struggles.

Season 1 · Episode 28

lundi 16 mars 2026Duration 26:43

She wants you and you’re sure of it, right? In their debut single STAY, Harte navigates the balance between love and limerence.

Artist Bio:

HARTE (pronounced Heart) is an indie rock artist whose sound is as emotionally charged as their name suggests. Non-binary and unapologetically queer, Harte brings you back to 2008 with their emo -influenced guitar tones and gritty vocals. Harte then transcends the genre with their poignant lyrics and modern take on heartache in the digital age.

Inspired by the haunting anthems of David Bowie’s Ziggy Stardust era to the honesty of Paramore, HARTE’s music explores the complexities of identity, emotionally charged lyrics and a sound that blends alternative rock with indie-pop. HARTE channels their personal experience into songs that will resonate deeply with everyone, especially those navigating their own struggles.

With an upcoming single, STAY, HARTE is ready to capture the hearts of listeners who crave authenticity and a voice that reflects their own journey. HARTE’s music is for anyone who’s ever loved too deeply, been let down and lived to tell the story.

Debut Single STAY:

Having a crush can be all fun and games but when you’re viewing the world through a distorted lens, love in all its forms may not be all it appears to be.

Harte brings us into the world of schizoaffective disorder and through their songwriting recounts their personal tales of love, loss, infidelity and obsession all while attempting to stay sane in a world that wasn’t made for people like them.

With their debut single STAY, Harte crosses into the uncomfortable, vulnerable and obsessive nature that surrounds infidelity and limerence up close and in your face.

You can run but you can’t hide from the raw and real emotion Harte brings to their performance. As STAY thunders through your speakers, Harte begs the object of their desire to give into their innermost longing and stay with them despite a plethora of reasons to go. STAY reminds us that real love is only temporary and every moment is worth fighting for.

Sonia Beldom of The Mumbelievable Podcast.

Season 1 · Episode 27

dimanche 15 mars 2026Duration 38:32

Sonia Beldom is the creator and host of MUMBELIEVABLE is todays guest. This is a podcast exploring the complex, challenging, funny and deeply human relationships between mothers and their children. The show is fast becoming known for its disarming honesty and its ability to move seamlessly from laughter to revelation. Her broadcasting credentials are formidable. Sonia began her career at the BBC, rising from trainee to producer on flagship light entertainment programmes including The Huddlines and The News Quiz. She later became a senior music producer at BBC Radio 2, collaborating with high-profile talent and winning the prestigious Prix de Monte Carlo Award for “Give a Little Whistle” and a silver Sony Award for “Smokey Robinson and Friends”. In television, Sonia has worked alongside some of the UK’s most recognised entertainers, including Victoria Wood, Ricky Gervais, Karl Pilkington, Robson Green, Gloria Hunniford and Dame Joan Collins. She is also an experienced media trainer, trusted by professionals who want to communicate with clarity and confidence on air and on camera. What sets Sonia apart, however, is not just her career — it is her story.

Raised by a mother whose unpredictable mental health created both chaos and fierce love, Sonia understands firsthand the complicated inheritance many families carry. When her mother was sectioned at 80, Sonia immersed herself in understanding mental health, undertook therapy, and ultimately had a transformative conversation with her mother that reframed their entire relationship. That lived experience now fuels the empathy and insight she brings to every conversation.

Trained in neuro-linguistic programming, cognitive behavioural therapy and hypnotherapy, Sonia speaks powerfully about trauma, resilience, communication patterns and healing. In 2023, she faced her own life-altering diagnosis: an aggressive form of leukaemia. Now in recovery, Sonia speaks candidly about survival, perspective and living with urgency and gratitude. Her story is not one of tragedy, but of courage, humour and hard-won clarity. MUMBELIEVABLE the podcast emerged a few years later after Jeremy Vine invited Sonia on to his Radio 2 show for an alternative Mother’s Day item. What started as a 6-minute piece ended up lasting over half an hour with Sonia taking calls from listeners who recognised a similar story with the troubled and complicated relationships with their own mothers and the feedback was how she coped so well with a difficult childhood. Her blog site crashed with hundreds of thousands of people logging in.
