Dierdre and Jacquelyn dive deep into what it means to depart from a beauty industry fraught with toxic standards - from the ingredients to the culture at large. If you don't feel like a leader in your own salon biz yet, just wait till the end of this episode!

Her first passion is to nurture her clients with green chemistry products and a salon dedicated to creating the most stylish looks using products, techniques, and packaging that has the least impact on the environment. Not too many people were doing this 15 years ago when she was creating an eco-friendly salon, so without a mentor or guide, she began a journey that led her into coaching. Today, while her salon business is growing, she is teaching other beauty business professionals how to create profit and freedom with her clean beauty biz method.  Her mission is to break industry norms! To educate and empower beauty professionals to change the way we think of beauty. She's committed to creating environments that normally are so toxic on so many levels into a Non-toxic and healthy environment!!
