Management needs to encourage constructive conversations and act upon worker concerns to promote engagement and build trust. Ernesto emphasizes that integrating a safety culture into the company's overall culture, including production and quality, is essential. This helps employees recognize the value and importance of safety within the company, which positively influences a strong safety culture.
