22: Expanding Your Nervous System Upper Limit - Somatic Support To Beat Stress and Self Sabotage (inspired by The Big Leap by Gay Hendricks)08 May 202300:25:16

Have you ever felt like you're constantly hitting a wall when it comes to achieving your dreams? Like you're driving towards your destination, but suddenly you can't seem to go any further?

It's like you're stuck at a certain level, no matter how hard you try to push past it. You might even feel like everything is falling apart - you procrastinate, travel instead of working on your business, and even pick fights with loved ones.

Your body might be trying to tell you something.

What you're experiencing is called an upper limit nervous system problem, and it's a sign that you're NOT in contact with your somatic intelligence. 

AFTER you've expanded past your upper limit life looks like this:

  1. You can notice distracting thought, feelings and sensations at the moment and instead of going down their path aka letting them steer you into distraction and standstill, you can see it as a SIGN you're moving towards your goal, refocus, recalibrate and push through the invisible barrier to get to your destination. 

  2. Your income will steadily expand, but you’ll be less worried about it and more enamoured by your garden plants, your great friendships and the deepening sense of peace you get in the morning.
