Diddy's ex-assistant "Mia" wipes away tears in emotional testimony where she describes being "terrified," "humiliated," and adding “I didn’t know why I deserved it. I made a lot of excuses for him in my head.” 

His assistant, known as "Mia" in court, worked for Sean Diddy Combs from 2009 to 2017, and said her role included reading his mood each day because it dictated everything. She testified that Combs assaulted her and that she witnessed Combs beating his ex Casandra "Cassie" Ventura. 

Sean Diddy Combs is charged with sex trafficking, racketeering and transportation to engage in prostitut*on. He has pleaded not guilty. His trial began on May 12 and is expected to last a total of five weeks now.

Sean "Diddy" Combs is facing five criminal charges of sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy and transportation to engage in prostitution. The music mogul has pleaded not guilty to all charged. 

Combs’ defense team agrees Diddy and Cassie Ventura had a volatile relationship in which both parties were violent. They even claim Combs may be guilty of domestic abuse — but not the crimes he is actually being charged with. So the question remains...will the state prove their case? Is there reasonable doubt? 

The trial is expected to last eight weeks. Combs also faces more than 70 civil complaints, including one by Richard. He has denied all the allegations against him.

New Orleans JailBreak has all agencies on a manhunt for 7 inmates after a total of 10 escaped a jail on Friday of this week. The escapees still on the loose are suspects gacing murder, domestic abuse and burglar charges. And law enforcement officials say someone helped them on the inside... 

Authorities said that some fugitives may have already left the city or Louisiana, and they are urging the public to stay alert, not be alarmed and report any tips. The FBI in a statement said it has "surged resources" and is offering up to $5,000 for tips leading to the arrest of the inmates.

A new trial date has been set for Donna Adelson — August 19. But a secret investigation and recent wiretaps could have major consequences for the rest of the Adelson family.

This is the twisted murder-for-hire that started it all — the case of Dan Markel. Dan Markel was shot and killed moments after he pulled up his driveway and into his garage. He died the next day. Now, almost 11 years later the story is still unraveling as alleged co-conspirators, like Donna Adelson, are going on trial one by one. 

Markel was killed in Tallahassee, Florida, in 2014, in a murder for hire in what prosecutors say was motivated by child custody issues with Markel's ex-wife, Wendi Adelson. In a chilling courtroom showdown, Stephan Sterns — the man accused of raping and murdering 13-year-old Madeline Soto, his girlfriend’s daughter — appeared in court this week fighting to suppress digital evidence that prosecutors say contains years of abuse. Sterns took the stand himself in a rare legal move, claiming police violated his rights when they accessed his phone without a warrant. 

The evidence includes hundreds of sexually explicit photos allegedly stored in his Google account and device, but his defense argues he only consented to a limited search. Prosecutors say a factory reset and verbal consent justify the seizure — and they plan to use any guilty verdict in the sex abuse case as an aggravator in the murder trial to seek the death penalty.

Gilgo Beach Serial Killer Rex Heuermann is linked to the death and disappearance of many victims and now police are holding a LIVE presser to share new information about more victims. 

Rex Heuermann, a Manhattan architect, is the alleged Long Island Serial Killer who could be facing several murder charges once he goes to trial. The Gilgo Beach serial killings refer to a series of murders that occurred on Long Island, New York, primarily along Ocean Parkway, between 1993 and 2011. The investigation was prompted by the search of Shannan Gilbert who went missing in 2010, and later led to the discovery of the remains of seven women, including the "Gilgo Four" who we now know as Megan Waterman, Melissa Barthelemy, Amber Costello, and Maureen Brainard-Barnes. Police later identified victims Jessica Taylor, Sandra Costilla, and Valerie Mack.

On Day 3 of Lori Vallow Daybell’s Arizona murder conspiracy trial, her own brother Adam Cox took the stand—and his testimony was absolutely damning. 

A former radio host turned pickleball pro, Adam described his sister’s descent into dangerous delusion. From believing she was a celestial being to calling her husband Charles a “zombie,” Adam painted a picture of a woman obsessed with apocalypse, power, and Chad Daybell. 

He revealed he and Charles Vallow had secretly planned an intervention to confront Lori about her beliefs and possibly strip her of her LDS temple privileges—just days before Charles was gunned down by Alex Cox. 

Adam said Lori told police he was planning the intervention—despite the fact that he never told her. And though Lori, representing herself, cross-examined him—asking if he ever saw her conspire to kill Charles—Adam closed his testimony with chilling conviction: 

“No doubt in my mind that they killed him.” Was this the turning point for the jury?
