Diddy's ex-assistant "Mia" wipes away tears in emotional testimony where she describes being "terrified," "humiliated," and adding “I didn’t know why I deserved it. I made a lot of excuses for him in my head.” 

His assistant, known as "Mia" in court, worked for Sean Diddy Combs from 2009 to 2017, and said her role included reading his mood each day because it dictated everything. She testified that Combs assaulted her and that she witnessed Combs beating his ex Casandra "Cassie" Ventura. 

Sean Diddy Combs is charged with sex trafficking, racketeering and transportation to engage in prostitut*on. He has pleaded not guilty. His trial began on May 12 and is expected to last a total of five weeks now.

Day 12 of the Sean “Diddy” Combs federal sex-trafficking and racketeering trial featured some of the most emotional and disturbing testimony to date. 

Former assistant “Mia,” testifying under a pseudonym, told jurors that Diddy physically and sexually assaulted her—and that she feared for her life while witnessing brutal attacks on Cassie Ventura. 

Among the most chilling claims: Combs allegedly slammed Cassie’s head into a bed frame, leaving her “gushing blood,” then ordered Mia to call a plastic surgeon and lie about the injury. Mia described Combs’ eyes turning “black,” saying it was the first time she realized how much danger they were in. 

Mia also described years of coercive control, 24/7 work conditions without sleep, and a workplace ruled by Combs’ unpredictable moods and violent outbursts.

In Day 11 of Diddy's Trial his defense team tries to get a mistrial just moments before a new witness testifies about Diddy's disturbing behavior. 

Sean "Diddy" Combs is on trial for racketeering, sex trafficking and transportation to engage in prostituti*n. If convicted, Combs could be sentenced to life in prison. This is the third of trial and before trial started, Diddy was offered a plea deal and turned it down.
