Hosted by Jennifer Dent Brown, Certified Health and Life Coach with over a decade of experience coaching women since 2014, each episode gets to the real reason traditional weight loss strategies don't work and why mainstream weight loss programs don't want you to win.
You won't find cookie cutter weight loss advice here. Jennifer will introduce you to her identity-based weight loss methodology which has helped clients lose weight and keep it off.
