This week we're talking kinesiology, with a focus on my very first session "back" this week after a two year kinesiology hiatus. What did I work on? What did we uncover? And why did that result in me audaciously sliding into a celebrity's DMs?!

This week, Hollie shares a contemplation she has been having for a while now: why do we feel the need to deflect the role luck plays in our lives? The constant stream of "I'm not lucky, I work really hard" commentary - while well-intended - also lends itself to a complete deflection of the fact that, to a large degree, luck, good fortune, privilege and chance all play a role in our lives - no matter how "hard" we work. And this isn't a bad thing at all. Let's reclaim our relationship with luck!
