In honor of today’s powerful 11/11 spiritual portal, I am releasing this 11:11 minute Guided Grounding Meditation with Breathwork & Sound Bath.

The intention behind this recording is to support you in grounding and clearing your energy so you can create more ease, flow and alignment in your life.

If you’re feeling particularly frenetic, disassociated and out of your body, this guided breath + sound transmission will plug you back in to the earth and your body.

You’ll be guided through 3 rounds of a conscious connected breath while connecting with your lower chakras, root, sacral and solar plexus, and mother earth.
