Isolation and secrecy became her companions as she found herself hiding her alcohol consumption from those around her. What once seemed like a harmless social lubricant had now entwined itself into the fabric of her life. It wasn't until Amy reached her breaking point that she made the courageous decision to embrace sobriety. It has been seven years since that pivotal moment, and she has since reclaimed her life from the clutches of addiction. Interestingly, when Amy first quit drinking, she didn't fully grasp the magnitude of the risks associated with alcohol consumption.
