Today’s episode showcases Therapist Karin from Vantage Community Services a central Alberta based program which helps youth, adults, and families by providing counselling, transitional housing for youth, life skills training, and drop in centre for youth experiencing homelessness. 

Please join Karin and I discussing attachment styles dating back to the 1950’s. During early childhood, these attachment styles are centred on how children and parents interact. In adulthood, attachment styles are used to describe patterns of attachment in romantic relationships, careers, friendships ect.. 

 I find out my attachment style and how the has effected my life as well as my spouses attachment style.
