As busy moms, our time is precious. Yet we’re letting it slip away with every swipe, tap, and comment. On average, moms spend 2.5 hours a day scrolling social media.

So when I hear moms say, “I just don’t have enough time to work out,” or “I don’t have time to cook,” or “I can’t log my calories,” I pause and ask — “How much are you scrolling each day?”

Most of them fall right into that average. Be honest — is that you too?

Don’t worry, I’ve been there! In this episode, I’m sharing how taking 8 months off social media completely changed my life — and how it helped me reach one of my biggest goals.

You’ll learn how your social habits might be holding you back, keeping you stuck, and even crushing your confidence.

And after coming back online, I’ve realized something: I’m reliving what feels like a full-blown addiction — and I know it’s time to say goodbye for good.
