He explains why gym owners should ideally start building their local presence around 8 weeks before opening, begin selling Founding Memberships around 6 weeks out, and create a compelling offer with limited availability to incentivise people to commit early.

Miles also breaks down how Meta Ads can help generate demand in a brand-new area, why testimonials and social proof are essential when you're not yet known locally, and why you shouldn't expect every early lead to be ready to buy immediately.
