Claire wins the award for craziest story ever! She also tells us what the line calls were like playing in college and why she started the Me and My Racquet Podcast.

Claire hosts the Me and My Racquet podcast on behalf of USTA Southern. She is the Tennis Service Representative for North Georgia and Atlanta.

We are replaying a few of our most popular episodes and this was one of them!

She played college tennis at the University of Florida where her team won the NCAA Championship (so she is better at tennis than we will ever be). Also, she and her mother won the 2003 National Mother Daughter Championship!

Can early exposure and self-accountability shape a young athlete's future? We were thrilled to speak with Mark Dillon! Mark Dillon is in the North Carolina Tennis Hall of Fame and was the President of USTA NC.

Mark played college tennis at NC State where he won two ACC singles championships, an ACC doubles championship, and NCAA All-American honors in 1981. His brother played at NC State University and his wife played tennis at the University of Georgia. All his children played tennis at a high level and two of his children played at Division 1 schools. In 2019, his family won the Family of the Year Award from North Carolina.

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and we were honored to speak with Terry about her incredible story!

Terry is on the Raleigh Tennis Association's board of directors, a 3.5 player, and has captained numerous teams that have won the state championships and even sectionals.

This is part 2 of our episode Kenny, who is the 4.0 18 plus singles National Champion! He is a former division 1 football player, a former top ten track cyclist in Thailand, and won the UK cheese rolling competition.

He co-runs a local UTR league - called Elite Tennis League - with his doubles partner Chris Springer who he played 4.5 doubles with at the National Championships.

We really enjoyed having Josh, Natasha, and Deanna discuss a destination tennis tournament in Cancun, Mexico!

Josh Collins is the founder of the Social Tennis League. He has been a professional tennis coach for 15 years and coached his 14U team to 2nd in the Nation. He is a 4.0 NTRP rated player and has won the USTA state championship numerous times and played in Sectionals.

Have you ever been to the US Open? We went for the very first time and it was incredible!

We were freaking out a little bit speaking to the President of USTA Michael McNulty in the President's office before watching Serena Williams play her last match.  He discusses his background, volunteering, and his most memorable moment as a player and as the President of USTA.
