When I started to move my wellness Pilates business into the online space 7 years ago, I had more than a  few moments of doubt

“Maybe this just isn’t going to work for me.”
“Maybe I chose the wrong niche.”
“Maybe I’m not cut out for online.”

But none of these were true. What was really going on was a mixture of low confidence (despite being great at my job) and poor systems (I was waiting for people to find me) - resulting in slow, painful sales!

I’ve been a Pilates teacher for over 20 years, and I’ve been in the digital space since 2018.

In that time, I have:

• Built memberships
• Scaled them
• Burnt them down
• Pivoted completely
• Launched things that flopped
• Launched things that flew

I talk about this openly because I want you to see that the plateau you’re in, is frustrating, but normal…and I’ve been there. Many times.

What finally changed things for me wasn’t a fancier platform or a better logo. It was understanding:

• My warm existing audience could only take me so far
• I needed lead generation as a daily non-negotiable, not a nice-to-have
• My prices, promise and niche had to make sense together

You don’t always need to rebuild. Often, you just need to reshape what’s already working. That’s the work I now do every day with wellness experts inside the Scaling Wellness Accelerator.
