EP81 - Arnold Begay - Life on the Navajo "Rez" and Badwater 135

Arnold is a very experienced runner here in Tulsa who has had a really interesting life.  Until middle school, he grew up on a Navajo reservation in Arizona with no electricity or running water.  The life he lived there, prepared him to be an Ultrarunner later in life.  Arnold ran his first ultra, a 100 miler, in 2006, and has been testing himself every since.  So far he’s completed 29 hundos and shows no sign of stopping.  This year, he’ll be attempting his second finish at the infamous Badwater 135!
