Season 1 · Episode 21

Here are four signals. The first is the emotional signal. You feel frustrated. You're angry at the situation. You feel hopeless, helpless.

The second signal has to do with your thought patterns. You feel like a victim. You're frequently blaming others.

The third signal are the behavioral signs. You find yourself avoiding difficult situations and difficult conversations, and you begin to procrastinate and even disengage from your responsibilities.

And the final signal is that you are making statements like they're out to get me.

If you have any of those signals, it is time to reframe your situation.
