| #222 - Why Your Back Pain Treatment Keeps Failing (The Wrong Problem Explained) | 10 Apr 2026 | 00:27:18 | |
Learn your pain pattern: Back Pain Diagnostic Quiz If your back pain keeps coming back no matter what you try, you might be treating the wrong problem. In this episode, we break down why traditional approaches like physio, scans, rest, and generic exercises often fail to create lasting change. Most people are told their pain is coming from a disc, posture, or structural issue but research shows that many people with the same findings have no pain at all. So what's really going on? You'll learn why your pain keeps flaring up, how the nervous system plays a major role in chronic back pain, and why focusing only on the body isn't enough. We also cover how to rebuild movement confidence, break the fear cycle, and start progressing again without constantly setting yourself back. If you're stuck in a loop of short-term relief, confusion, and frustration, this episode will help you understand why nothing has worked, and what to do instead. This is where real recovery starts.
