A look inside of some first hand experiences I have had with resellers who didn't want to take responsibility for poor customer service: what can we do about it? Also, I discuss some of the real reviews that she has seen on Etsy that offers a glimpse into what is happening between resellers and their customers. Is fear ever a good enough reason to keep quiet? I don't think so, and I'll tell you what you can do about it.
